Terms of Service
1. Agreement Overview
By purchasing and using Creator Toolkit or VerseCraft ("the Products"), you ("the Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the seller ("we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not proceed with the purchase.
By completing a purchase on Payhip or Gumroad, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
2. License and Access
Upon purchase, you will receive a unique license key delivered to your email. This license key must be registered on our Product Registration page to generate your personal PIN.
- Each license key is valid for a single user and a single PIN registration.
- Your PIN grants you unlimited personal use of the Product for the duration of your chosen plan (1 Week, 1 Month, or 1 Year).
- License keys and PINs are non-transferable and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.
- Access expires automatically at the end of the plan period. Renewal requires a new purchase.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Products only for lawful, personal or professional creative purposes. You must not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Products.
- Use the Products to create competing services or tools.
- Share, sell, lease, or sublicense your license key or PIN to any third party.
- Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or exploit the license verification or PIN system.
- Use the Products for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
- Automate access to the Products in ways not intended by the design.
Violation of any acceptable use rule will result in immediate license revocation without refund.
4. Refund Policy
We strongly encourage you to:
- Read these Terms carefully before purchasing.
- Review the product description and plan details on the store page.
- Contact us with any questions before completing your purchase.
Exceptions may be considered only in cases of verified technical failure on our end where the product is completely non-functional and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe. Refund decisions in such cases are made at our sole discretion.
Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in permanent account and license suspension, and will be contested.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design, code, and functionality of Creator Toolkit and VerseCraft are the exclusive intellectual property of the seller. Your license grants you the right to use the Products, not to own them.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Products.
- Product images, names, and branding may not be used for any other commercial purpose without explicit written permission.
- Content you create using the Products remains your own property.
6. Service Availability
We aim to maintain continuous availability of the Products. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for temporary outages due to maintenance, updates, or third-party infrastructure issues (including Cloudflare Workers or Payhip/Gumroad platform downtime).
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the Products at any time. Significant changes that affect core functionality during an active subscription period will be communicated where reasonably possible.
7. Privacy
When you purchase a Product, your email address is used solely to deliver your license key via Payhip or Gumroad. We do not collect, store, or sell your personal information beyond what is necessary to operate the license system.
- Your license key and PIN are stored securely in our Cloudflare KV database.
- No payment information is stored on our systems. All payment processing is handled by Payhip or Gumroad.
- We do not share your data with any third parties beyond what is required by the payment platforms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Products.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Products shall not exceed the amount you paid for your most recent purchase.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will endeavor to note the effective date at the top of this page when changes are made.
